Firearm Sales

BLC Tactical Firearms Policy

BLC Tactical only sells firearms in accordance with Federal, State and Local laws. Federal Law mandates us to transfer firearms to retailers or individuals with valid and current Federal Firearms License (FFL).

If you are local and would like to come here to purchase your firearm please contact us and arrange a date and time for pickup.

If we are to transfer the firearm, please put the Receiving Dealer's/FFL Licensed Individual's contact info into the "Ship To Address".  That will help speed the process up.  If you do not know which dealer to send your firearm to, then please use this Dealer Locator.

If paying online, all firearm purchases must be made with the "Credit Card" option at checkout. Paypal and Amazon have strict "No gun" policies in place and any orders paid with either of those options will be cancelled.

To Purchase Firearms Online:

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns, and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns.

All firearms will be shipped to a dealer with a valid and current FFL.

Here is an easy check list of actions that you must take to complete any firearms purchase:

1.    Verify that the firearm you wish to purchase from BLC Tactical meets the laws of your state, county, or city.

1.    You may need to contact your local FFL dealer to verify the laws.

2.    Find an FFL holder near you that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range or any other retail location that holds a current FFL and will help you with your transaction

Here is a link to some FFL dealers in your area.

1.    Contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from BLC Tactical. The transfer of the firearm is between you and the FFL holder. You must abide by their procedures especially when it comes to following Federal, State and Local laws.

1.    You must confirm the transfer with your local FFL holder. They will most likely charge a transfer fee so please ask them how much they charge.

2.    Once your FFL holder receives your firearm, you will need to pick it up. Upon arrival at your FFL holder, inspect your firearm to make certain that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork.

3.    If you have questions about the FFL swap process, or about the firearm specifically, please contact us at 480-256-9047, or email dkies@blctactical.com.
